BOB SO Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
Candidates must appear in three stages to be shortlisted for Specialist Officer positions at Bank of Baroda: a web test (for roles in MMG/S-II & MMG/S-III only), a personality assessment test or any other test considered appropriate, a Group Discussion and/or Question and answer session round.
Bank of Baroda SO Exam Pattern 2022
- Rationale, English, Quantification, and Professional Knowledge will be divided into four sections.
- Except for the English Language test, all sections will be available in both English and Hindi.
- The qualifying grades of marks in each section would be 40% for the Various Posts and 35% for the Reserved Category.
- Professional Knowledge marks will be considered when shortlisting candidates for ability to participate in the next round of selection and drawing the rank list.
- Each incorrect answer will result in a 0.25 point deduction.
