NTA has officially launched the correction facility for the candidates who will be giving the NEET UG 2026 re-test. Candidates can make changes to their present address and choose new exam city preferences for the re-test.

The correction period is from 15 May 2026 to 21 May 2026 (11:50 PM).
Why Has NTA Opened the City Correction Window?
Following the cancellation of the earlier NEET UG 2026 exam, many students moved back to their native places, coaching centers, hostels, or new addresses.
In order to assist students in choosing a more convenient examination center for the re-examination which is due to be held on 21 June 2026, NTA has provided the option to change city preferences and addresses.
Last Date for NEET Exam City Change 2026
The candidates can complete the correction process till 21st May 2026 (11:50 PM). No requests for change in the exam city would be entertained after that date.
How to Change NEET Exam Centre City 2026
Students can choose the exam city on the official NEET portal.
