 So, 38 x 14 = 532.

Therefore, the number of vases prepared by the pottery studio in 3 weeks will be 1302.

2) Tanuj writes 38 words in a minute. How many words can he write in an hour?

Solution:

Number of minutes in an hour = 60 minutes 

Number of words written by Tanuj in 60 minutes = 38 x 60

=> 38 x 60 = 2280

The total number of words written by Tanuj in 60 minutes will be 2280.

3) 50 cakes are baked every day in a bakery. How many cakes will be baked in 38 days?

Solution:

Number of cakes baked every day = 50 

Number of cakes baked in 38 days = 50 x 38

So, 50 x 38 = 1900. 

Therefore, the number of cakes baked in 38 days is 1900.

4) What is the value of six times 38 minus 24 plus 20?

Six times 38 is 6 x 38 = 228

Now we have to find the value of six times 38 minus 24 plus 20.

So, 228 – 24 + 20 = 204 + 20

=> 204 + 20 = 224.

Therefore, the value of six times 38 minus 24 plus 20 is 224.
