ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test (IBSAT) is the full form of ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test (IBSAT), the online entrance test for admission to the Business Management MCA programme. These degrees are available from a variety of colleges. The Institution of Chartered Financial Experts of India (IFCIA) University in Uttaranchal originated the term ICFAI.

Features of the IBSAT
The IBSAT has the following features:
- It is a national examination.
- It is only delivered in English and is done online with a computer.
- It is a two-hour test with 140 questions.
- There are two days and various periods.
- Verbal Ability (50), Reading Ability (30), Mathematical Ability (30), Data Adequacy & Interpretation Of Data (30), and Information Adequacy & Interpretation Of Data (30) are the four parts (30). (30)
- Each question carries one point.
- There are no red markings.
- The exam’s level of difficulty varies from easy to severe.
- The nine IBS institutes recognise the IBSAT score.
IBSAT 2022 Eligibility
- The minimum age, instructional, and expert qualifications needed to fill out the job applications for admission to nine ICFAI business schools are defined in the BSAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in any discipline with a minimum aggregate mark of 50%.
- Final-year students can apply again for an exam if they graduate by May 31, 2023.
- Candidates who have not met the English language requirement for graduation must submit a legitimate TOEFL/ IELTS/ NELT score by May 31, 2023.
- Candidates with a legitimate IBSAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ XAT score can apply for admission without taking the IBSAT 2022.
IBSAT Syllabus
The IBSAT curriculum must do the IBSAT preparation. The IBSAT syllabus covers all major subjects in four portions of an online test. The test is divided into Verbal Ability, Reading Ability, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, and Data Sufficiency. In the IBSAT, verbal ability is given more weightage than the other two areas. The IBSAT test Syllabus contains all the important topics for each of the four divisions, although the test questions are moderately challenging.
Advantages of Writing the IBSAT
Exam Fees: The fee structure is not very expensive (read INR 1800). It is nearly as good as some of the more popular exams. In addition, the fee covers all MBA courses offered by the nine IBS colleges.
Difficulty Level: The IBSAT has a low difficulty level. Also, the pattern followed is quite uniform over the years. As a result, the examination board is familiar, which boosts students’ confidence.
No Negative Marking: It is one of India’s few management entrance exams that does not include negative markings. It allows students to answer difficult questions with calculated and educated guesswork.
Mock Test: IBS is one of the Indian conducting authorities that offers four to six free official mock exams. Mock exams enhance students’ confidence by allowing them to practice and prepare for the examination.
