# Easy Tricks For Selection Based On Given Conditions Type Questions

## Conditions for selection type questions

The conditions for Selection type questions are usually based on the type of question. These questions can be either multiple-choice questions, true or false, or matching test questions.

### Multiple-choice questions

Here the students are given a specific question along with 3 or more alternatives where they have to select the accurate answer based on the known information.

• True or False or alternative response type- In this type, the candidates need to select any one of the two, either true or false, correct or incorrect and right or wrong, as per the instructions of the test creator.
• Matching type test/ Matching pairs – Two different sets of any item, which is usually distributed in two tabular columns. Here, the students need to match or relate an item from one column with the other one based on specific logic or facts. This helps the students to identify and learn the relation between two things.

### Advantages of selection type questions

Large amounts of population and material can be covered and assessed easily through selection-based questions.

• They are highly susceptible to the presence of irrelevant clues or facts.

• Practice recalling and remembering.
• Read keywords and important facts as these types of questions are more focused on keywords in a topic.
