In the present study, the active states within the country are discussed in the context of the affairs taking place on a daily basis. Further, the study is also going to discuss the daily current affairs that are taking place within the 29 states of India. The study is also discussing the importance of current affairs based on the context of the current generation. What are the names of the 28 states?
Currently, India has a total of 28 states and 8 union territories which are involved in different types of daily affair[1] s within the country. The states include Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Goa, Chattisgarh, West Bengal and Maharashtra. Recently Jammu and Kashmir has been Ladakh has been categorised into separate Union territories as of 31st October, 2019. These states are also proactive in terms of managing current affairs on a daily basis. Other significant states like Maharashtra, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram and Odisha are also active in terms of providing current affairs daily. Additionally, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim and Telangana are also effective in terms of delivering current affairs successfully.
