Mobile banking: Mobile banking is the best feature of postal banking in India where one can install the app (IPPB) on the Android phone from the play store, one needs to set an MPIN with an OTP. 

SMS banking: Postal bank of India provides a direct number requesting the users to send an SMS to the number 7738062873. The feature of SMS banking of Indian postal banks is it is compatible with all mobile phones along with that it is available 24/7 which needs no internet facility. One can get a mini statement too. Depending on the transaction one gets a voice call and one can choose the number randomly and get their requests addressed. This helps in avoiding visiting the bank for smaller requests. 

Missed call banking:

For the missed call banking the postal bank of India provided a number requesting the users to send a missed call for their requests. One can know the balance, as well as the mini statement, which can also be downloaded. The number to call is 8424054994.

Phone banking:

For the phone banking service, one can choose this to avoid the hassle-free things, The service is available on the phone number 155299.

Depending on the transaction one gets a voice call and one can choose the number randomly and get their requests addressed. This helps in avoiding visiting the bank for smaller requests. 

IPPB and POSA linkage:

There are many benefits of linking our account to POSA and IPPB. It helps in the automatic transfer of funds with a limit of 2 lakhs. One can withdraw the cash and deposit.
