The East Singhbhum area of Jharkhand has copper in abundance. Jharkhand alone has twenty per cent of total copper in the country. Copper is utilised mainly in wiring, industrial machinery, plumbing, etc. Copper is an excellent conductor of electricity. It is used in alliances. 

Apatite

This state has twenty-seven per cent of India’s apatite deposits. It is a prosperous phosphate source and finds its use in phosphate fertilisers.
