sir in the second question the switch is open in the past therefore no current will pass through it and it will be zero

correct but we are going in past to find current accross inductor (iL) so that we can replace inductor by Current source in t=0+ state

but sir we have to find the current in the middle resistor so we have to open circuit at t=0- and no current will flow from it
