  3. SURJECT AND PREDICATE Sentence is a set or group of words which makes complete sense. First stage- divide it into two parts- SUBJECT and PREDICATE o SUBJECT- person or thing about which something is said o PREDICATE- what is said about the person or thing denoted by the subject.
