The full form of IIM is Indian Institutes of Management. The IIMs are management institutions that focus on educating youth about business management and research, by offering a variety of courses such as postgraduate, undergraduate, doctoral and various other executive programs that focuses on management and consultancy along with several additional programs and courses in the field of leadership and business management. The institution was established in the year of 1984 and has helped in shaping millions of lives by providing a great amount of education to students and helping them in shaping up their life. Job Opportunities of IIM
There are so many high paid jobs that an individual gets after completing an MBA from “the Indian Institute Of Management”. Apart from that, it has also been stated by the institution that management counseling is another highly paid job that an individual might get after completing their MBA from the institute. The institution provides full support to its students in getting jobs and a student who is part of IIM gets an assured job from the institution itself. Also, through various research and surveys conducted over the job opportunities and recruitment programs organized by the institution it has been evaluated that the scope of getting a job from the institution is very high and there are multiple consulting agencies which are associated with the institution that provides a great help in searching relevant jobs for the student. The partner institution of IIM is “University of Amsterdam, Netherlands”, “Ecole de Management (EM) – EM Strasbourg Business School, France” and many others.
The job placement program of the institute is generally conducted in between the months of December and February. Therefore the average salary packages that are being offered to the candidate of the Indian management institute ranges from 20 to 25 lakhs annually. On the other hand, if the newcomers are taken into consideration it has been seen that after completing their course the salary package which is offered ranges between 10 to 20 lakhs per annum. It has also been evaluated that the IIM Bangalore had the highest placement last year, where 517 students from the batch of 2021 were placed. The highest placement of jobs was seen in the consultancy sector followed by finance and management.
