Sir, if you conduct a test periodically, say after 5 parts of vocabulary and grammar, it will be very useful. Please look into the possibility.

committee is singular in general....but in the case of considering it individually... then it is plural .

Each person in the committee.. eg: The committee have different opinions on that matter.... means the members in it have different opinions ( individual or personal opinion)
