business lobbying is not bad in totality. because as our govt. itself take various steps to boost our business sector, by using mechanism of business lobbying companies r presenting those issues which r needed for their growth in public domain. which in turn force govt. to take some measures which will increase ease of doing business in our country. as a result of more jobs can created and have potential to attract fdi.

business lobbying is a sort of quid pro quo thing. won't legalizing lobbying and benefitting capitalists tantamount to repealing the socialist nature of our country ?

Lobbying is not bad in itself but using illicit modes to pressurise govt or get thing done gives rise to crony capitalism which may harm millions of people indirectly
