  4. RO-RO FERRY SERVICE RO-RO FERRY services are vessels made to carry wheeled cargo(such as cars,trucks,semi trailer trucks and railroad cars) that are driven on and off their own by using platform vehicle.


  5. The term Ro RO reserved for large ocean going vessels. It saves traveltime and fuel expense and promoting regional trade From Gogha and Dhahej in Gujarat in October 2017,this RORO ferry service has started. It is south asia first RoRo ferry services. It will reduce the distance to 31km and travel time also reduced by 7-8 hours It will be financed under Sagarmala Project by Gujarat and Central govt.
