Perform a deep dive self analysis to understand your values . Try to find commonalities in your values with the company/institute Only talk about the values that you genuinely believe in .
How to answer the question Before the interview a deep dive analysis of your values and guiding principles. Broadly note down all the values. Highlight the values that are in high resonance with that of the company/institute . Do NOT lie about or fake the values as the lies will be clearly identified by experienced recruiters . Also, tell some instances to prove those values or explain the reasons of your beliefs. DO NOT talk about religion ethnicity or races

Refrain from using words or quality that might be hugely detrimental to your selection. . You can use this answer to give interesting & impressive information about you. Eg "my friends call me a nerd because I read a lot of books" "'m called as the adventurous one of the group because I'm always initiating and implementing trekking & travelling plans" 3 DO NOT fake or lie about information
