  2. Q no 9: What is your biggest achievement till now? Interviewer Expectations: Wants to understand your definition of achievement .Assess your degree of "self worth" . Wants to understand your self confidence How to ace the question Answer with whatever you think is your biggest achievement; can be professional as well as personal. . Clearing competitive tests, interviews should IDEALLY not be counted as achievements.

  3. How to answer the question YOU CAN talk about anything but talk in terms of some background e.g. what challenges you faced while clearing those and how did you overcome them . If you feel a personal achievement is worth mentioning, do that but DO NOT get too personal (Very personal family issues or relationship problems are best avoided) . Even if a simple act of kindness or help made you feel proud of yourself, you can talk about it but do not FAKE things It's best to talk about things you are REALLY proud of rather than saying what you think you should be saying

  4. Q no 10: What is your biggest failure till now? Interviewer Expectations: .Wants to understand your definition of failure. .Assess your degree of "self worth" . Wants to understand your self confidence How to ace the question . You don't have to only tell a failure but what you learnt from it . The trick is to take a situation where you couldn't do great and turn it to your advantage

  5. How to answer the question . Ideally, you should NOT talk about IIT JEE, AIEEE, CA levels or 12th exams as your failure because it is not a big deal (depends on luck) . You can take situations from your personal life but not too personal (avoid talking about family, relationship problems) Do NOT say "I never fail", "If I had failed I wouldn't have been sitting here", I'm fail proof. Etc Take a situation, explain some background and why you think you failed.

  6. How to answer the question . After a brief explanation, of the event, tell them why you think it was a failure . You can also talk about how you recovered from that particular failure Then talk about your learnings from the failure and how you used them in future. Also tell them how it changed you as a person. . You can add different perspectives on the situation, as a reflection of the past
