Child Labour Bill 2016 Passed by the Parliament in July this year Total and complete prohibition on employment of children below 14 years Right of Children to schooling.However, children are allowed to help in their family enterprises only in non-hazardous occupations and that too only after school hours or during vacations Prohibits Adolescents in age group of 14-18 years of their employment in hazardous occupations and permits their engagement in only certain occupations to be specified
