sir please clear my doubt... I've joined insights test series....soo should I first focus on completing the syllabus or should I go along with the insights test series syllabus which I think is kind off slow and till june... please guide thank you

The nature of your question tells me that you are unable to meet the test deadlines:) You should have completed your syllabus first. Because now you would be reading the topics hastily in order to meet the deadlines set by the institute. Anyways, now study at your own comfortable pace. Just remember the FINAL DEADLINES is JUNE 3, 2018. Deadlines set by these institutes are irrelevant till the time you guys are in the base building stage.

@Jatin Sir. Absolutely Right. @Sachin, building of the base is very important. Only then one can think of creating something upon it. Focus on that and keep working...:)

Read front page national page and then directly go to internation page.Dont waste time on regional pages because time management is very important.editorials r must read them very carefully and make short notes out of them.i had the same question when i started prepration few days back so i hope it would help you.all the best...

see it is personal preference when it comes making notes. It depends on how much you know about the news and the background of the news. You can use these summaries and can note down the major important points which you feel that you can use in the exam for mains. Always make notes keeping in mind that you are noting it down for mains. Prelims will be automatically covered. Best wishes to you.

Darjeeling issue is internal security GS paper 2 part 2. Being a fresher dont worry so much about classification first read the syllabus and byheart it , then u will yourself can relate which topic belongs to which paper. Read the syllabus daily for a month. Hope it helps.
