This study majorly deals with the effective exploration into providing a better picture of the “public service commission” of both the states and central governments. The main power that is acknowledged by both union and state “Public Service Commission” caters to advisory powers. Moreover, it is also noticed that they are also responsible for maintaining the values that are prescribed by the constitution of India. These agencies also seem to maintain the principles that are required to run several public administrations. Furthermore, in this study, the functionalities of the “Public Service Commission” are as well discussed with their set forth objectives and their necessity for being in existence.

Overview of “Public Service Commission”
This study effectively explored the notions that are associated with the respective agencies of both union and state, thereby, stating their objectives and functionalities. It needs to be noted that the “Public Service Commission ” was established under the “The Government of India Act ” in 1935. Moreover, in this study, the necessity for the establishment of these commissions is vividly discussed to get a better understanding of the entire aspect. In addition to these, we are made aware of the advisory functions that are maintained by the agencies towards the president of India and the governors of the respective states.
Union public service commission
“Union public service commission”, plays one of the most important parts in dealing with the notions of appointments for the services that fall under the “Union and All Indian Services”. It also serves the function of consulting the matters that are associated with the appointments, masters of discipline, transfer and as well as promotions. They also follow certain functions such as “framing and amendment” of the rules associated with recruitments for various posts and as well services of the government.

“Public service commission” refers to the agencies that assist in performing several functions of regulating the public utilities.
