The potential of launching video call meetings in the working sector came during the time of the lockdown.
•  Similarly, some pre-existing apps like Zomato and Swiggy also took a massive incline in the market. Moreover, they made it very easy for the customers and restaurant owners to deliver food safely, timely, and precisely. 
• Furthermore, booking cabs, getting things delivered at home, applying for exams and jobs online, and applying for documents have become very easy. 

Influence Of Technology On Education

The education sector is among the most technologically influenced sectors. When all the educational institutions went down during the lockdown, technology played the most crucial role in resuming worldwide education. Schools opted for digital classes through Zoom and Google meet. Tests and exams were made possible by google forms. The sector of online education, considered a failure at the time, emerged as the primary option for Education.

 Not only the big industries but the small industries and businesses have also started using technology which is why they see increased business volumes. Apart from robotics, websites and apps have also helped small business owners. Retailers can not list and show their products to the world but can also trade them in any part of the world. This resulted in the increased business volumes of small traders and business owners.
