Award
An award is the most prestigious thing for any person, it is an honour and considered as the token of recognition in excelling at something. This award ceremony was established in the year 1954, every year there is a national panel that selects the best works of that particular year. The jury panel is decided by the government of India. The Award is known as the Oscar statuette, it is made of bronze plated with gold that is on the black metal base. The name Oscar was adopted by the academy officially in the year 1939. Every year since 2004 the nominations are announced in the middle of January.
