Top MBA entrance exams in India contain CAT, SNAP, MAH MBA CET, NMAT, IIFT, 

CMAT, and further.

MBA (Master of Business Administration )

MBA entrance exams are common aptitude tests that judge the students based on their practical, analytical, and fundamental reasoning capacities, command on English, and proficiency in current affairs.

MBA Exam Eligibility Criteria 

  • The primary eligibility criteria of all MBA entrance exams is graduation with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate (45 per cent for reserved category candidates).  The students who acquire passing marks in graduation make candidates eligible for MBA exams.

  •  Students in their final year of graduation are also eligible to appear in all the MBA entrance exams.

Prepare for GD and PI

The student prepares for GD and PI on the following basis – 

  • Group discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability tests (WAT) are an internal part of the MBA Or PGDM admission process. 

  • Candidates should be aware of what they should and shouldn’t say during the GD and PI. 

  • Candidates should know what to write and how to frame 250-300 words on any given topic within 20 minutes. 

  • In the last few years, the GD and WAT conducted by IIMs have increased the greatness of the MBA program.

Preparation should be done one day before you are supposed to appear for that GD

Here are some tips for the candidates to prepare one day before appearing for the GD:

  • Practice talking to seniors with confidence, but avoid being overconfident. 

  •  Give yourself time. 

  •  Practice writing on different topics

  • Try to speak on different topics in front of the mirror. 

  • Keep the language simple. 

  • Be positive.

  • Make sure you get your tenses right in all topics. You have to prepare yourself by speaking. 

  •  Read and write something on the topics that are more likely to be a part of the GD.
