It can also be observed that under the Legal Services Authorities Act women and children are entitled to free legal aid.

A Vindication of the Rights of Woman

A Vindication of the Rights of Woman can be called one of the most exceptional works of feminism. The work of Wollstonecraft was published in 1972. According to Wollstonecraft, the educational system that permitted girls the same benefits as boys will lead to women becoming not just brilliant spouses and mothers rather also proficient workers in several different professions. Wollstonecraft’s work was exclusive such that the improvement of women’s position is impacted through such political alteration as the radical modification of national educational systems. It should be noted that the property rights of women in India may vary based on the religion they may belong to. Various laws have been developed for women across the country such as property rights such as – The Hindu Women’s Right to Property Act, 1937, Property Rights of Women under Muslim Law and Property Rights for Christian Women in India. Thus, these are certain different topics that come under the same heading of property rights of women in India.
