3)They will attract each other if two bar magnets are arranged facing N-S or S-N. When two bar magnets are put in an N-N or S-S orientation, they repel each other.

4)The bar magnet may easily attract ferromagnetic particles such as iron, nickel, and cobalt.

5)If the bar magnets are hung freely in the air, they will not come to rest until the poles are aligned North-South.
