- Less than 10 crores must not be there for an existing company and applicants’ equity should be between 25 crores to 50 crores
- If the company is a high-tech company, the paid-up equity capital must not be less than 5 crores
- At the time of issue, the capitalization should not be less than 50 crores
- A 3-year track record is to be shown where at least dividends of 1 year at least must be paid
Only the companies which follow the above-given rules are given the access to get themselves registered in the national stock exchange.
