Bioresource

This article will highlight the concept of Bio-Resource along with its significance and importance

Bio-resources are important items that have been found from nature. They are usually used and valued for their durability, beauty, or rarity. These can be in the form of minerals, plants, animals, and even water. One of these resources is aluminium ore which comes from the earth naturally. Unfortunately, it is highly toxic when left in its natural state and so it needs to be mined and processed to make it safe for human use.

All around the world there are plenty of resources that can sustain us but if not properly managed they can cause a lot of damage such as pollution throughout the environment. Bio-Resource managers try to minimise this damage while still providing adequate services to those who need them most without overstepping boundaries.

What is Bio-Resource?

Bio-Resource is a term used to describe resources found in nature that are used for human consumption. These include but are not limited to: plants, animals, water, and minerals. For the case of water, it can include the oceans, rivers and lakes (as long as they are considered natural). Minerals can be considered inorganic elements that make up soil such as sand, rocks and other things found underground.

Foods for example are considered natural bio-resources because they can be found in nature which humans consume to survive. Foods come in many different forms such as vegetables and fruits which are natural bio-resources while soda pop is not because it must be processed before it can be consumed by humans.

Need for Bio-Resource:

There are many reasons why we need Bio-Resource but they are usually conservational. The three main categories of conservation are: conservation and utilisation, preservation, and zero wastage. Bio-Resources can be used for a variety of different reasons. Food is extremely important to humans as it serves to provide us with energy, nutrients and other vitamins that are essential for our survival. It is also used for medicinal uses when prescribed by a doctor for illnesses such as indigestion or pregnancy illnesses. Others use it in their profession to make new medicines that can help others with their health problems or even save lives in an emergency room setting.

Use of Bio-Resource:

Bio-Resource can be used to make all kinds of things such as vegetables which can be eaten or made into food. The same goes for animals which are used to farm them and give them life. They are also used in the medical field where they are made into drugs to heal people. Many different products such as toothpaste, makeup, cosmetics and detergents can be made from natural ingredients found in nature but only after having been processed. Metal ore for example can be mined from Earth to use as raw material for products such as aluminium cans that hold liquids inside them.

Bioresource technology:

It is very important that Bioresource technology be highly advanced because if it isn’t there is the risk of contaminating or polluting our environment and causing disasters. When there is poor technology in use it is referred to as pre-industrialization and when there is no technology at all it’s referred to as post-industrialization. There are levels of both that can cause problems for us such as having too much pollution, burning of fossil fuels, loss of our natural resources, soil erosion, and other things that can disrupt our ecosystem. Bioresource technology’s impact factor can help us combat these problems by making sure that technology is always being updated and used to its full potential. According to the journal of bioresource technology , “Bio-Resource technologists are engaged in research that focuses on improving the quality and sustainability of food, biological materials and energy. This research encompasses a variety of disciplines such as biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, molecular geology, organic chemistry, and botany.”

Resource management:

The goal of resource management is to ensure that there are enough resources available for future generations which doesn’t imply that we should cut down all the trees in just one generation. The ideal situation is to use resources efficiently without causing too much pollution or other problems in doing so and then passing on what we have left to the next generation. This can be done using models such as closed-loop production, cradle-to-cradle design and HOH. These models have been developed by scientists who understand this concept and have come up with ways of helping the world prevent pollution while still providing masses with their daily needs.

Conclusion:

It is quite clear that Bioresource technology is very important to us and we must take great care to make sure that we are using it properly. There are lots of different ways in which it can be used. It can be a source of food, fuel, raw material, medicine and so much more. This is all possible because of the many different things that can be used in bio-resources technology . Unfortunately, this also means there are potentially thousands of ways we can misuse them as well. We must make sure to keep using the most advanced technology available so that we don’t fall behind or do something foolish with our resources such as overusing them or destroying areas where they are found.
