It uses a biotechnological approach for monitoring biological hazards and it plays a significant role in the mitigation of soils and their associated contaminants. In bioremediation, various microorganisms are widely utilised for the removal of various contaminants and it plays a significant role in maintaining environmental sustainability. Bioremediation is an approach of modern-day science that is cost-effective and biological treatment through various microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast, fungi and algae brings more environmental sustainability.

Bioremediation is an important approach of modern biotechnological application which is widely used to remove environmental toxins and plays a significant role in maintaining environmental sustainability. It is necessary to give priority to the removal of toxins from the environment and bioremediation able to meet the needs of environmental requirements. It is necessary to adopt effective technology for mitigating harmful consequences of the bioremediation process and it helps to meet the needs of people and maintain environmental sustainability.

The bioremediation process uses various technologies for maintaining environmental sustainability. Uses of various technologies through the bioremediation process bring more growth and sustainability and it helps to maintain environmental balance. Bioventing, composting, bioaugmentation along bioreactor are widely used as current technologies for the bioremediation process and it plays a significant role in maintaining environmental sustainability. Bioremediation uses physics along with chemical treatment methods for bringing more growth and sustainability in the environment and it helps to provide an effective environment for human beings for their life and survival. Uncontrolled growth of microorganisms is detrimental for the environment and it hampers growth and sustainability. Bioremediation is a widely used modern technology and it is a boom of environmental biotechnology. Bioremediation is an emerging technology that is widely used by environmental scientists for delivering more growth to the environment. 

What are the advantages of adopting bioremediation?

Due to the fact that chemicals are used in bioremediation, contaminants that pollute the ground and water bodies can be entirely broken down into non-toxic chemicals.

Due to its natural procedure that does not affect the environment, the bioremediation procedure has been widely acknowledged across the world.

What are the drawbacks of bioremediation strategies?

If microbe growth has not been managed, an uncontrolled volume of bacteria will be produced. As a result of which the bacteria are unable to degrade the organic chemical, resulting in a poisonous by-product. Only if the polluted region has been suitable for the concerned bacteria can the process be carried out.
