According to the High Court and Supreme Court Amendment (salaries and condition of services) Act 2017, the salary and allowances of High court judges and states very clearly about what all services are provided to the supreme court judges and high court judges.  Several Acts and laws have been implemented by the government of India in Parliament informing regarding the allowances and salaries of theJudges. As per the act, a sum   amount of money as an allowance to high court judges is paid to judges of the High Court as a compensation amount for expenses caught on entertaining visitors. The acts also state that the judges of the high court are entitled to use the official residence provided to them by the government of India without any payment of rents. If the judges are not using the entitlement, then the government will pay a monthly allowance which is equivalent to thirty percent of their pay. 

As per High Court and Supreme Court Amendment Act 2017, it is very much clear after retirement an amount of pension will reach out to the judges on time if they were on a pensionable position in a state or center government.

Salaries and allowances of subordinate courts are decided by the state government. The Supreme Court had introduced a new National Judicial Payment Commission in the year 2017 to find out the pay structure and other conditions and code of conduct of Judicial Officers belonging to the subordinate judiciary all over the country.
