In starting population was 1,75000, after 10 years it become 2,62,500 so total increase from starting is 87,500, which is equal to 50% of 1,75,000
there avg change over 10 years = 50/10 = 5%

mam ye Jo first example hai isme first year ke liye toh 90/100 hoga PR second year ke liye 80/100 hoga.plz explain it I'm confused

Dekho population har saal 10% ke hisab se kam hogi
ek saal ke liye hum directly 90/100 se multiply kr skte hai
lekin do saal ke baad population firse 10% km ho jayegi jitni wo pichle saal thi
toh ek saal ke badh toh population p * 90/100
p ko aap total population maan lo...
toh dusre saal firse iska 10% km kro, matlab firse 90/100 se multiple kro
after two years = p * 90/100 * 90/100
directly 80% krna galat hoga, kyuki 10% pichle saal se km ho rha hai, na ke kisi ek refrence year se...
Jab bhi population ki baat ho toh successive increase ya decrease ka case hota hai.... Isme aap net effect formula bhi use kr skte hai (jo ke successive discounts ke liye hum use krte hain)
