Photophosphorylation is the synthesis of ATP in the presence of light.It is two types,1.Noncyclic photophosphorylation and 2.Cyclic photophosphorylation.The Z_scheme is formed when all the carries are placed in a sequence on a redox potential scale as follows.1.uphill transfer of electrons from ps2 to the electron acceptor.2. Downhill movement from electron acceptor to ps2 through cytochrome.3. Uphill transfer of electron s from PS1 to the electron acceptor.4. Downhill to NADP+ to form NADP+H+.
