Cyclic Photophosphorylation. It occurs in stroma lamellae.Stroma lamellae contains PS1 only.It lacksPS2 and NADP reductase enzyme. It occurs when only light of wavelength beyond680nm are available for excitation. The excited electrons does not pass on to NADP but are cycled back to PS1 through the electron transport chain.Phosphorylation occurs due to the cyclic flow of electrons.OnlyATP is synthesised.
