didn't understood from 7:00 to 7:20. Increasing the evaporator pressure would reduce the latent heat required for phase change. so it would be easier to change the phase. Then why can't we increase the evaporator pressure??

Yes increasing the evaporator pressure, there is decrease in latent heat. that's why it is not desirable becoz main function of evaporator is to absorb heat from surrounding. and large amount of heat is possible in wet condition w.r.t. vapour phase. Vapour/ superheated vapour will not be able to absorb heat considerably. So for maximum absorption of heat is possible when latent heat is larger. and it will ultimately increase the RE
