Hello mam, as per my awareness a person cannot be criminal in any case until he admitted his crime before any court but during the interrogation, police use various diabolic method to make him admit his crime so this police activity seems inconsistent with provision of No self-incrimination. kindly clear my this point.

actually giving 3rd degree torture in custody is illegal.But this has been violated time and again by police.But for using some force police has to take permission from court
