As domestic price level are reduced that is inflation the reer increases and thus depreciating host currency .... But in devleoping country like India we have reduce inflation and what happen if inflation reduced to zero ???? Then reer become infinity what it means???

inflation cannot and should not be reduced to Zero.... so the problem of infinity REER won't arise..

As the inflation increases, generally the value of rupee depreciates. But here as price level increases ie inflation increases, the value of rupees appreciates. Why mam !?
