Nominal and Real Executive

“Nominal executive” is an individual who deals with the branch in the executive section but does not have the power to make any “executive decisions” respectively.

A “nominal executive” is the one with all the powers including the important decision but has to formulate these decisions based on the “real executive” for taking any strong decisions respectively. The “nominal executive” of India is the “President of India” where the country has been obeying the Government’s “parliamentary section”. On the other hand, it can be stated that the various functioning and powers have been practiced by the “council of ministers” that has been led by the “prime minister of India” respectively. However, the two variables are in a position where the “nominal executive” has the powers but the “real executive” leads the powers for making the country’s important decisions. 

Nominal executive

The “nominal executive” is the individual that has been heading all the executive sections but has no strong power to perform any decisions that have to be taken as a part of the country’s growth. Moreover, the “nominal executive” has been linked as the actions that will not be responsible for any deeds respectively on behalf of the country. The actions that have been led have no possible response from the “Nominal executive” respectively. The part where the “nominal executive” functions is the part of the “ceremonial and dignified” part basically. The duties of the “nominal executive” are mainly ceremonial with a limitation in the nature of duty. Furthermore, the “President of India” is the example of a “nominal executive” as the individual is basically heading all the power but the other ministers have been executing those powers for the better county’s decisions. The President has been referred to as the “nominal head” with prior powers in decision making and only heading the “real executive”. Here the “nominal executive” is not involved directly in governing the country. It only performs ceremonial functions and has powers that are limited to the basic provision of the parliamentary constitution. 

Real executive

The “real executive” is the person that has been performing all the executive powers to make the strong decisions of the country. All the relative and important decisions are taken by the “real executive” respectively. The duties that have been performed by the “real executive” are the actual and the real powers denoting the decision for the country. It has been stated that the “real executive” is basically responsible for the activities that have been performed by the “nominal executive”.  The “real executive” has been referred to as the “most powerful” aspect of the executive respectively. In the country of India the “Prime minister” and “chief ministers” are the “real executive” examples respectively that deal with the powers significantly. These bodies are example that has been related to the “real executives” in the handling of the powers for the decision that is made for the entire country. This is because the “real executives” are the formal executive where the base of every power has been vested in the “real executives” respectively. 

Real executive meaning

The meaning of “real executive” is the individual that has been responsible for the activities and the activities that have been practiced by the “nominal executive” that is the President of India. Moreover, the “president of India” does only lead the actions and hold powers but the practice and implementation of these powers have been practices by the “real executives” only. All the duties that have been performed by the “nominal executive” have been discharged by the “real executive” respectively. Moreover, the political executive is also referred to as the “real executive” as it has been performing the decisions that have been related to the political decisions of the country. The country where the activities have been performed is by the “real executive” that keeps checking on the “nominal executives” in the handling of each decision that has been made for the political executives. This “nominal head” is led by the “council of ministers” that holds the real power to formulate the power to the country. 

Conclusion

Hence, the theme of this assignment “nominal and real executive” has been analyzed based on the country’s executive powers. Moreover, it has been evaluated that the “President of India” is the “nominal executive” and the “council of ministers” has been regarded as the “real executive” as all the activities has been formulated and discharged by the “real executive” for making the political decision of the country. The president and the “council of minster” are examples of the “real and nominal executives” respectively dealing with all functions. Considering the facts, the assignment has been evaluated keeping in mind the perspective of the Indian constitution and its powers that has been headed and formulated by two variables respectively.
