Justice

Justice is the appropriate concept related to the laws and ethics that identifies the behavior of people which is fair and it can be also stated that the people control their behavior in a particular and transparent way.

In the context of the particular discussion, it can be stated that justice is used in a broad sense and it refers to the principles which can help the people to receive the behavior that they deserve. On the other hand, in the context of the justice of India, it can be stated that there is a system related to the Indian judiciary which can try to apply the laws in a proper way.  

Discussion

Justice

In the context of the study, Indian justice is associated with the judiciary system which can interpret the laws in the court or the context of legal justice. The justice of India can follow the constitution where the rules and regulations are written. There are many aspects that are included in the constitution or the judiciary system of India. These aspects are sovereignty, secularity, republic, democratic and socialist. The constitution of India also comprises equality and liberty and these aspects are also very important for the justice of people. 

There are some essential laws of the Indian constitution related to the legal justice of India. These laws are given below:

Domestic violence act, 2005- this act says that, if any young boy or girl or any person can be harassed by the other person, they can provide protection from the police after launching their complaint. On the other hand, the purpose of the act is to identify the relationship between the victim and the criminal. The other purpose of this particular act is to give the appropriate protection to the victim of domestic violence and try to give proper punishment for the main perpetrators of such crimes.   

Department of justice

The department of justice is a relevant part of the ministry of justice in India. The information about the department can be found in the ministry of law and justice and for this reason, the justice department of India is considered as the essential part of the central government of India. It can be stated that the new chief justice of India is N.V. Ramana. The other important thing about the department of justice is the benefits related to the administration that provides surety about the quick access and the timely delivery of justice to all the citizens of India. 

In the context of this particular discussion, one of the effective laws of the Indian constitution is the “Motor vehicle act, 1988. This act is related to driving and with the help of this act, people can know that at the time of driving if the 100ml of the blood of people contains more than 30 mg of alcohol, then the police can arrest the person.  

It can be also stated that the “criminal procedure code, section-46″ can say that any woman  cannot be arrested by the police before 6 am and after 6 pm. 

Ministry of justice 

There is a particular ministry of India related to justice and this ministry is called the cabinet ministry. In the context of the discussion, this particular ministry mainly deals with the authorities or management related to the legal affairs and it can be also stated that the activities related to the legislation and administration are also controlled by the ministry of justice. 

It is important to know that the department of legal activities focuses on the advice of different ministers of the central government of India. Conversely, the department of legislation is related to the drafting of the main legislation for the central government of India. 

It can be also stated that the leader of the particular ministry is a cabinet rank minister who is recruited by the Indian president depending on the recommendation of the prime minister of India. It is notable that the first minister of law and justice is Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in the context of India.

Conclusion 

In the context of the discussion, it can be concluded that the legal type of Indian justice is more important than the other types of justice. There are some essential regulations also in the Indian constitution which are related to the legal justice of India. These regulations are “the repealing and amending act, 2017”, “the Indian institute of petroleum and energy act, 2017” and many more. With the help of these acts, the courts can try to complete their justice in a logical path which is crucial for the Indian citizen.
