JAPANESE CONSTITUTION

The “Japanese Constitution” is one of the oldest and unnamed constitutions in the world. More than 70 years ago, the “Japanese constitution” was amended in a short segment and it also included the supreme law of the state. Subsequently, the “Japanese constitution” was primarily written by the American civil line office and it also allied occupation of Japan that was replaced by the Meiji Constitution.

The “Japanese Constitution” is known as the “Post War Constitution” and it is also recognized as the “Peace Constitution” that was drafted under the supervision of Douglas MacArthur.
