COMPOSITION

The Indian polity consists of a sovereign, socialist, secular and democratic republic system which is based on some laws and the processing is done in the parliament. The concept of polity is generally developed by a group of people who under an institution function in a proper manner and lead to the development of the society to a great extent. In order to function properly, the development and setup of the composition is of vital importance. The paper would generally comment on the importance of composition in this regard and the effects it faces in the entire scenario.

Polity as a vital notion 

It is governed by a parliamentary system as a Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic. The Constitution of India, which was enacted by the Constituent Assembly on November 26, 1949 and came into force on January 26, 1950, governs the Republic. The Indian polity consists of views like sovereignty, equality, liberty, secularism. These views are laid in detail in a written format in the constitution of the country. The constitution has ensured the protection of the rights of the citizens of the country. It has also taken care that no single citizen is discriminated against by any factor. This constitution which is the central embodied document for the protection of rights is the single document which also contains the details of laws which are helpful in running the political process of the country. The constitution of India was written by Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar and was adopted by the constituent assembly in the year 1949. However, it came into effect on January 26, 1950.

Compositions related to polity 

The afore-mentioned area suggested that the enactment of the sphere of composition is vitally important as it enables the proper working of the polity in general. In this regard, the most noted aspect lies in the various compositions that the polity maintains in order to function properly. The notable areas are generally composed of the members who are under the scenario and the general amendments in this category. 

The composition of the constituent assembly comprises members of all communities (Refer to appendix). The compositions of the government other than the members are those consisting of a preamble and articles that are 470 in number. These articles have gone through amendments about 104 times. These areas act as the major areas of composition in this regard. 

The mentioned areas suggest the importance of the compositions in this field. The compositions that are mentioned here are the basis on which the entire system depends and therefore its importance could be analysed properly. Without this development, the entire system would lose its importance to a great degree. 

Importance and effects of composition 

The development of Composition is of vital importance as based on this the entire system functions. By making the amendments and including members in the system the composition leads to the proper structuring of the entire aspect in general. The effects that fall under the category are those of the proper functioning of the entire system with the help of the amendments as well as developing the amendments by changing them as and when necessary. 

This would allow them to work effectively and according to the possible situations. The development of the composition is of great necessity as it enables the establishment of a proper working space according to the conditions of the environment. Therefore this development has been denoted as that of much significance. 

Other than this the major effects are that it enables the proper functioning of the government by changing the amendments as and when required and in this manner bring a significant manner of development in the field. Therefore this suggests that both the concept of polity and that of the compositions work hand in hand with each for the proper development in general.
