The president of India has the power by which he can take effective decisions by approving a law and the power called the absolute veto.

Introduction    

Though every president of a certain country indeed has the power to make decisions for their country. However, once a president uses their power by approving certain laws to take an effective step for the development of the country is called the absolute veto. In this case, it is most important to have the right of the president to make different kinds of improvements in the country by using the absolute veto. Apart from this, the purpose of this entire report is to describe the absolute veto and a few points will help to gather much knowledge of it appropriately.

In this case, the president of India also has the power to make an effective decision for the entire country by which different developments can be shown. However, during the time of passing a certain bill by the parliament, the president can use the absolute veto that time and give his assent to the bill. Along with this, the president has the right to cancel the process of passing the bill. Moreover, it can be said that in the case of passing a bill the assent of the president is mostly necessary because only they have the right to pass a certain bill perfectly. 

Absolute veto- Absolute veto is a powerful thing for a country depending on this a bill may not become law even after passing by parliament. However, parliament has the right to make a certain bill perfectly passed and afterwards it can be called one of law. In this case, once the president of India cannot agree with the bill he can use his power of absolute veto and not make the bill into law. In this case, only the president indeed has the right to make this thing, so an absolute veto has a great role to make a certain bill into a certain and effective law. 

Absolute veto of the president- A bill cannot become a certain law till the president of India does not make an assent on it and does not use the absolute veto.  In this case, the parliament has the right to pass a bill and before it the bill is represented to the president for his assent and approval. Apart from this, in India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad exercised the absolute veto power first as a president and it was in 1954 and afterward, President R. Venkataraman used it in 1991. The president can use his power of veto in both kinds of bills such as private bills and government bills and in this case, the approval of the president is most important to make them an effective law.  

Absolute veto and suspensive veto- The parliament passes a bill before it becomes an act or law. In this case, the absolute veto has a great role to make a certain bill into an act and the president of India only has this kind of veto. On the other hand, once the president returns the bill to the parliament by using another type of veto that is called the suspensive veto. In this case, once the parliament again sends the bill or resends it to the president he cannot cancel it by using any kind of veto power. Apart from this, the president cannot exercise the suspensive veto while the parliament passes the money bill.
