The SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam is a national (10+2) level test that has begun to recruit Lower Division Clerks (LDC), Data Entry Operators (DEO), and Postal Assistants/ Sorting Assistants (PA/SA) throughout numerous central government agencies and ministries. Tips for SSC CHSL Tier 3 Preparation

- Data Entry Operators (DEO) – do 8000 key depressions each hour on a computer.
- Candidates for PA & Court Clerks – (Only for English Medium students) thirty-five words per minute.
- Candidates for PA & Court Clerks – Hindi typing speed of thirty words per minute. (Only for those who choose Hindi Medium.)
- Try practising on a desktop rather than a laptop, as applicants are provided a desktop to assess their typing skills.

Data Entry Operator skill test:
- A candidate should be able to enter data at a rate of eight thousand Key Downturns per hour in this exam.
- The Test lasts 15 minutes, and you are given an English manuscript to type with around 2000-2200 strokes.
- The following skills are required for the position of Operator of Data Entry at the Offices of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG):
- The proper entry of terms of depression according to the above text will be used to determine the pace of 15000 key bouts of depression per hour.
The exam will last 15 minutes, and each candidate will be handed written material in English, including around 3700-4000 key depressions to type into the test computer.
Lower Division Clerk/Junior Secretary Assistant (LDS/JSA) & Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants (PA/SA) positions
- The proper insertion of words and critical depressions by the provided passage will be used to determine the pace of 10,500 key bouts of depression per hour.
- Each applicant will get written material in English, including around 9000 key presses per hour to input into the test computer during the exam’s 15-minute length.

- Pattern of the SSC CHSL Tier-II Exam
The SSC CHSL Tier-II exam is a descriptive study of the exam. Candidates must qualify for Tier II for their writing skills in English/Hindi to be evaluated. This written test consists of an essay of 200-250 words and a letter/application of 150-200 words. A candidate must obtain 33% of the possible marks in SSC CHSL Tier-II.
For applicants who are visually impaired or have cerebral palsy, the entire period is 80 minutes.
- Pattern of the SSC CHSL Tier-III Exam
Tier III of SSC CHSL 2022 consists of a handful of skill exams required for selecting such government positions. These include typing tests, in which an applicant must have a typing speed of 30 wpm (Hindi Medium) & 35wpm (English Medium) (English Medium). The test lasts 15 minutes. 30 min will be offered for the visually impaired (40% disability). Following the typing exam, an exam result will be created.
