- As of May 31, 2022, all qualifying requirements related to age, education, work history, and other factors listed in (A), (B), and (C) of the advertisement must all be met.

Selection Process for NMRC Recruitment 2022
(a) According to their qualifications and expertise in the sector, suitable individuals will be shortlisted and may be contacted for a personal interview. Different aspects of knowledge, skill, experience, aptitude, and physical ability would be evaluated during the selection process.
(b) If there are a lot of applicants, an appropriate procedure, such as a written test, may be used.
(c) Depending on the number of applicants, NMRC may conduct the selection procedure offline or online.
(d) Remote candidates must make their own travel and lodging arrangements if they are called in for a physical interview. NMRC will not provide any travel or lodging accommodations unless specifically agreed upon.
(e) Simply submitting an application in accordance with the requirements of the position will not entitle an applicant to an interview. Instead, the management may, if it is deemed necessary, prescribe a suitable technique, such as a written test, raise the eligibility requirements or loosen them in order to limit/allow the number of candidates to be summoned for an interview.
(f) The management retains the right to contact or not to contact any or all of the applicants who submitted applications in response to this advertisement, as well as to halt or postpone the entire hiring process for any administrative reasons.
(g) The candidates who were not chosen for an interview will not be contacted for any inquiries.

(k) Prior to the interview, candidates requesting for immediate absorption or deputation must provide a NOC. However, candidates seeking on a direct-rectification basis must provide the right relieving order from the employer, the final pay certificate, etc.; NOC is not necessary.
(l) Direct Rectt/Immediate Absorption. If chosen, candidates would have to go through a medical exam in accordance with the corporation’s policy.
(m) The deputised candidates will serve for a minimum of three years.
