Qualification for NIPER Recruitment 2022
To qualify for NIPER recruitment 2022, candidates need to take the NIPER JEE. To be eligible for the test, a candidate should have the following qualifications.
- Candidates need to have a B. Pharm degree or a qualifying degree. Candidates in their final year of B. Pharm are also eligible.
- Candidates need to have a Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test 2022 (GPAT) score that is valid.
- You must have a qualifying degree with 60% aggregate marks. You can also have a 6.75 CGPA.
- Candidates belonging to the SC or ST categories are eligible if they have 55% aggregate in their qualifying exam or 6.25 CGPA.
- Candidates with disabilities will be eligible if they have 50% aggregate in the qualifying exam or 5.75 CGPA.
NIPER Recruitment 2022 Vacancy Count
The vacancy count differs every year and also depends on the location. In Ahmedabad, there are currently 22 vacancies, across departments. Certain posts also have more than one vacancy and therefore, multiple candidates will be recruited. Vacancies are available in both faculty and non-faculty positions, and candidates can take exams and apply for recruitment in either. There are 11 vacant faculty posts and 11 non-faculty posts.
Selection Process for NIPER Recruitment 2022
The selection process for NIPER recruitment will involve multiple phases. Candidates will first have to take a written test. If you qualify at this stage, you will be eligible for the personal interview. The selection process also includes a medical test to check physical abilities and fitness. There may be a walk-in interview scheduled if you qualify for the first test and interview. It is important for NIPER candidates to take each test and go through all interviews to be recruited. One candidate will be selected for each vacant post. After the selection process, candidates will be hired for the position of Scientist or Technical Supervisor Grade I and Scientist or Technical Supervisor Grade II. Candidates will also be selected if there are additional vacancies in the posts of Administrative Officer, Secretary to Registrar, Junior Technical Assistant, and more.

The NIPER recruitment 2022 salary depends on the post you are applying for. Salaries for the faculty posts are higher than the salaries for the non-faculty posts. There are different pay levels for each post and your salary will fall under the level specific to your position. Pay levels in the non-faculty posts which are currently vacant include Pay Level 9, Pay Level 8, Pay Level 5, and Pay Level 4. For faculty posts, pay levels will be determined according to the department and your position within the department.
