Recruitment to MNRE is done on the basis of the GATE examination and its scores. The candidates should have a valid GATE score if they want to get recruited in MNRE through the GATE exam. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their GATE scores. After that, the qualified candidates will have to appear in the MNRE interview process. - The Director-General is responsible for the formulation of the Income statement and Statement of Financial position Account, as well as the preservation of accounts, having annual accounts, and trying to inform the Management Committee about the Society’s financial affairs regularly.

For Direct Hiring:
Qualification
Post – Doctoral Degree in Science, especially in Solar Energy Technology solutions, or first class Postgraduate Diploma in Technology / Advanced technologies in Sustainable Power, ideally at least in Solar Energy Technology solutions, from a reputed Educational society.
Experience: Internships of proven extremely high quality as evidenced by press release / internationally accepted recognition.
Minimum of 10 years for a graduate degree and 15 years for a postgraduate program in RD&D Planning in the field of Solar Energy.
For short-term contract:
Deputies of Central/State Government entities Initiatives Bodies I Officer holding similar posts on a constant schedule and obtaining the academic training and skills allowed to prescribe for interested candidates can apply, as stated above.
