PostQualifications
GM (Finance)  A graduate from a recognized university and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India with a consistent satisfactory academic record are required.
CGM (HR)

Graduate with a full-time MBA/MSW or equivalent and an HR/IR specialty from a reputable university or management institution.

Candidates who got their MBA/MSW or similar degree through a distance or part-time education program or through correspondence are ineligible and should not apply.

GM (Commercial)

Engineering Degree or equivalent in any field from a recognized University with good academic records and Post Graduate MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing Management (of at least 2 years duration) from a recognized University/Institute.

Candidates who received an Engineering or comparable degree through a distance or part-time education program or through correspondence are ineligible and should not apply.

GM (Materials)                                                                                                                     

Engineering Degree or equivalent in any topic from a recognized university with good academic records and a Diploma / Degree in Materials Management is required.

Officer Trainee Contract – Materials          Graduate with a full-time MBA in any specialization and a minimum grade point average of 65 percent from a recognized university or institution.
Officer Trainee Contract – HRGraduate with a full-time MBA/MSW or equivalent with a specialty in HR/IR from a recognized university/management institution with a minimum of 65 percent marks.
Officer Trainee Contract – Mineral ExplorationGraduate with a full-time MBA in any specialization and a minimum grade point average of 65 percent from a recognized university or institution.
Hindi Translator Contract

A master’s degree in Hindi from a recognized university with English as a compulsory or elective course or as the medium of assessment at the degree level;

or

Master’s degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as a second language required or elective subject, or as an examination medium at the level of education;

or

Master’s degree from a reputable university in any discipline except Hindi or English, with Hindi as the medium of instruction and English as a required subject as an elective subject or as the medium of a degree examination level;

or 

a Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English as a medium of instruction and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; 

or 

a Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level;

as well as a recognized diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa

GM (Finance)

t least 25 years post-qualification experience, with at least 14 years at senior level in Finance and Accounts Function, preferably in Corporate Financial Management and Planning, Project Appraisal, Project Financing, and Monitoring, Capital Budgeting, Costing, Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management, Corporate Taxation, and Foreign Exchange Management.

The candidate should also have strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as great oral and writing communication skills. Should be self-motivated and a good team player. Working experience with ERP products such as SAP, Oracle, and others would be advantageous.

CGM (HR)

•Should have at least 27 years post qualification experience, with at least 15 years at senior level at – Formulation and implementation of Human Resource Policies, Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Competency Mapping, Training & Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management System, etc. 

•Industrial Relations, Trade Union Management, Statutory and Legal Compliances, Contract Labor Management, Employee Welfare, and so on.

•Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program, strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, and so on

• General administration and coordination with various governmental and statutory bodies

• Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial setup, or power supply is preferred.

The candidate should have strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as great oral and writing communication skills. Should be self-motivated and have excellent coordination skills. Working experience with ERP products such as SAP, Oracle, and others would be advantageous.

GM (Commercial)                                                                                                                                                                      

Should have at least 25 years of post-qualification experience in the appropriate field, with at least 14 years at the Senior Management level managing marketing, sales, and service operations. Experience with export-oriented units, as well as knowledge of EXIM policies and FTP, would be advantageous.

Experience working with the R&D team to provide insights for new technologies, products, improvements and trends, competitive information and data, and product feedback.

Participation in the Post Market Surveillance study and liaison.

Implementation of the QMS as well as the relevant regulatory systems and procedures.

The candidate should also have strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as great oral and writing communication skills. Should be self-motivated and a good team player. Should be able to work on a computer. Working experience with ERP products such as SAP, Oracle, and others would be advantageous.

GM (Materials)

Should have at least 25 years of post-qualification experience, 14 of which should be at a senior level in Procurement Management & Planning, Stores Functioning, Insurance Claims, and understanding of shipments from major ports.

The candidate should also have strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as great oral and writing communication skills. Should be self-motivated and a good team player. Should be able to work on a computer. Working experience with ERP products such as SAP, Oracle, and others would be advantageous.

Officer Trainee Contract – Materials

Should have at least one year of broad experience in any of the following areas;

• Knowledge of supply chain operations • Understanding of market research 

• Preparation of buy inquiries and uploading of web-based inquiries

• Order tracking and timely delivery

• Reviewing vendor proposals and preparing cost analyses

• Keeping track of bills and contracts

Officer Trainee Contract – HR

Should have at least one year of experience in the following areas: • Managing the recruitment process.

• Preparation of HR-related MIS [HRIS].

• Organizing activities to increase staff engagement.

• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) • Performance Management System (PMS) • Statutory Compliances

• Emailing and drafting.

• Exit Interviews & Employee Separation • Training & Development

• Dealing with IR and union issues

Officer Trainee Contract – Mineral Exploration

Should have a minimum of one year of experience in one or more of the following areas: • Office correspondence-coordination with other departments,

• Taking care of all departmental establishment concerns, 

• Preparation of various management reports, drafting, typing, data entry, and so on.

• Providing information to HODs and related departments 

• Organizing HOD meetings and other meetings

• Collaboration with other departments to keep statutory records, deal with safety concerns, obtain consent and licenses, and so on.

• Coordinating with various departments within the department and maintaining a smooth flow of office communication to all parties involved.

Hindi Translator ContractA minimum of one year of expertise translating from Hindi to English and vice versa is required.
