Required Qualification for HAL Recruitment 2022
The following qualifications are required for various Design Trainee / Management Trainee positions:
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or its equivalent (Full Time) (4 years after 10+2) from Institutes / Universities recognised by applicable statutory authorities in the country, in the Disciplines / eligible Branches of Engineering listed below:

c) The following are the educational requirements for Management Trainee positions in the HR, Legal, and Finance disciplines:

What is the Eligibility Criteria for HAL Recruitment 2022?
For all of the Qualification criteria listed above, only Full Time / Regular Courses will be considered.
What is the Age Limit for HAL Recruitment 2022?
For UR and EWS category applicants, the upper age restriction is 28 years as of February 2, 2022.
What is the Selection Process for HAL Recruitment 2022?
The selection procedure will consist of an online selection test and an interview.
Get the Salary Package for HAL Recruitment 2022
- Trainees will get a stipend consisting of a basic pay of Rs.40000/-, Variable Dearness Allowance, and Canteen Allowance during the training duration.
- In addition, according to the Company Rules, bachelor housing is permitted throughout the training time. The Trainees would be absorbed as Engineers in the Grade-II Scale of Pay of Rs.40,000-1,40,000/- after successfully completing the programme.
How much is the Application Form Fee for HAL Recruitment 2022
- The application fee is Rs.500/-. SC/ST/PwBD/Internal applicants are exempt from paying the application fee.
How to Apply for HAL Recruitment 2022?
1. The candidate must register by going to www.hal-india.co.in (Careers Section) and selecting the name of the position for which he or she want to apply.
2. Filling out the eligibility details and uploading a photo are both essential. A unique Application number is obtained when the Eligibility data are submitted, and the Candidate is sent to the Personal and Qualification details page. Once you’ve entered your eligibility information, you won’t be able to change it. The Candidate will have the option to re-login after the Application number has been created in order to complete the application.
3. It is necessary to complete the Personal and Qualification sections.
a) At the case of SC/ST/PwBD/Internal applicants, the registration procedure will be completed in the Application Confirmation page after submitting personal and qualification details. The Application Confirmation document must be printed for future reference.
b) Candidates from the UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS categories must download and print the Challan format for paying the Application Fee in the Bank after submitting their personal and qualification data.
4. (Only for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS categories): Candidates must pay an application fee. Candidates should save the original counterfoil of the Challan (HAL copy and Candidate’s copy) after submitting the Application fee.
5. (Only for the UR/OBC(NCL)/ EWS categories): After paying the application fee in the bank, the candidate must re-login using their email address and date of birth. The candidate will subsequently be prompted to input payment information. Candidates are supposed to upload the copy of the Challan. The Application Confirmation page will appear when you submit your application. For future reference, the candidate must print the Application Confirmation page. Candidates are advised to pay the Application Fee and complete the above process well in advance of the closing date and time, rather than waiting until the last minute, to avoid the possibility of being disconnected from the Website or being unable to login due to a heavy load on the Internet or a Website jam.
