Recruitment to FSNL is done on the basis of the GATE examination and its scores. The candidates should have a valid GATE score if they want to get recruited in FSNL through the GATE exam. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their GATE scores. After that, the qualified candidates will have to appear in the FSNL interview process. The final selection will be based on the performance of candidates in FSNL interviews and medical fitness tests. Every year, FSNL releases a fresh list of vacancies for recruitment along with the official notification. FSNL(Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited) releases the cut-off marks for FSNL Recruitment through GATE after the final document verification. FSNL GATE-cutoff varies from one category to another.

Reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy layer) as per the provisions of Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Rules framed thereunder and as amended from time-to-time.

FSNL Recruitment 2022- Eligibility Criteria
Students who have passed out from Govt./Private institutes are eligible to apply. The gap between the date of passing of the qualifying exam and the date of engagements as an apprentice shall not exceed 3 years.
FSNL Recruitment 2022- Documents Required
While applying, scanned copy (self-attested) of the following documents shall be uploaded in the portal (portal address given below)
- Photograph
- Engineering final year mark-sheet.
- Candidates whose result is in the form of CGPA/CPI shall enter their result in percentage as per the conversion formula of their respective college/universities.
- Cast Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
FSNL Recruitment 2022- Selection Methodology
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification as per which they have to report at the designated place and time along with the original and Xerox copies of the documents mentioned above, Provisional Certificates (for candidates whose result is in the form of (CGPA/CPI) and 6 passport size photos.
FSNL apprenticeship Recruitment 2022- Pay Scale
- Stipend rates for Graduate apprentices shall be Rs.15,000/- per month for Graduate Apprentice.
- Candidates shall be informed about their selection via email/mhrd portal as per which they have to report at the designated place and time.
FSNL Recruitment 2022- How to apply
After registration on BOAT web portal by the candidates, their documents shall be verified by BOAT. Then the following steps have to be followed by the candidates for applying against FERRO SCRAP NIGAM LIMITED.
i. Type www.mhrdnats.gov.in on the address bar.
ii. Log on to “National Apprenticeship Training Scheme(NATS)”
iii. Click on”Enroll”, Candidate will get the welcome to NATS portal page.
iv. Click on “I am a Student”.
v. After that, necessary columns to be filled-up will appear, which the candidate may fill-up, step-by-step.
vi. At the end of above steps, the Candidate will get an Enrollment Number and a Login ID.
vii. After Logging-in , go to” Establishment Requests” seen on top of the webpage.
viii. Under the Establishment request, Go to “Find Establishment”.
ix. Under “Search criterions”, Click on “Establishment Name” and type “Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited” and click on “Search” at the bottom of the webpage.
x. Then click on “apply”.
