4Project Deputy Engineer – contract basis

B.E./B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Mechanical Engineering.

The candidate must secure 55% marks and hold a certificate issued by a recognized University.

Aspirants applying for this post must have at least 2 years of working experience preferably in Project Management role.

The ideal candidate should possess customer relationship and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5Deputy Engineer (Railway testing) on contract

B.E./B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

The candidate must secure 55% marks and hold a certificate issued by a recognized University.

Engineering students applying for this post must have at least 2 years of working experience in examining jig development and design, troubleshooting, unit and card examining etc. 

Decent knowledge about internet networking, E-mail and computational skills are expected.

6Deputy Engineer (QC)

B.E./B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

The candidate must secure 55% marks and hold a certificate issued by a recognized University.

The engineer is required to possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of quality control, jigs for checking components, gauge development and pieces of equipment in the Electronic industry.
7Security cum Fire Officer – contract basisB.E. (Fire) acknowledged by a reputed institution/ D.O. certification furnished by NFSC Nagpur/ Degree course offered by Indian Institute of Engineers (Fire).The ideal person should possess at least 2 years of experience in the maintenance and operations of fire hydrant systems as a Fire Officer in a manufacturing plant with a turnover of around Rs. 100 crores.
8Asst. Security cum Fire Officer – contract basisGraduate in any stream from a recognized University.The aspirant must have served in the post of JCO for at least 15 years.
9HR Trainee – contract basisGraduate in any stream from a recognized University in addition to PGDM/PGP/MBA degree in Human Resource Management with 55% marks in both the education levels.Experience as such is not jotted down on the official website of the CEL.
10Asst. Retail Sales Manager on contract

B.E./B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Mechanical Engineering.

PGP/MBA diploma in the field of Marketing.

55% marks in both the education levels are expected.

6 years of working experience as a marketing professional or business development officer is expected out of which the candidate should work for 2 years in Solar Marketing sector. 
12Company Secretary – contract basisGraduation is mandatory as an Associate Company Secretaryship particularly from the Indian Intitute for Company Secretaries.

Preference is given to those with a background in Law.

For the E4 grade ranks, 12 years of working experience is expected in an industrial setting.

If an aspirant wishes to sit for E3 ranks then he/she must have experience of at least 9 years.

13Sr. Manager 

Graduate in any stream from a recognized University with 55% aggregate score.

Post graduate diploma – Journalism and Mass Com. is required for this post.

The candidate must come with 12 years of working experience in the genre of public relations.

Candidates already employed in a PSU are given preference.

CEL Recruitment 2022 – Age Limit

The age limit for the post of Senior Manager is 42 years. On the other hand, the upper limit of age bar has been set as 38 years for both finance and vigilance managerial roles. For the recruitment of Assistant Manager, the age limit has been extended up to 35 years. Deputy Engineering roles are handed over to candidates aged below 30 years.
