Recruitment to BIS is done on the basis of the GATE examination and its scores. The candidates should have a valid GATE score if they want to get recruited in BIS through the GATE exam. Bureau of Indian Standards Recruitment 2022
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is a statutory body of the Government of India’s Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs). The Bureau of Indian Standards has invited qualified people to apply online for 276 Assistant Section Officer, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Senior Technician, and other positions at BIS Headquarters in New Delhi and BIS Offices throughout the country. Candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 30 as of the application deadline. Age relaxation would be accorded to SC, ST, OBC, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, Ex-Servicemen, and BIS Departmental Candidates in accordance with applicable laws.
