The Indian Parliament consists of the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, and the President. The Lok Sabha is called the lower house of the parliament and has a specific number of seats reserved for every state. It is a good initiative for the people who because of their lower caste or discrimination are not allowed by socio-economic conditions to rise. Women also have some seats reserved. This is done so that the Vidhan Sabha represents people from all the sections of the society.
