This study effectively introduces the applications of chemistry into our day to day life through the usage of several products that constitute cooking, various medicinal purposes, and products associated with cleaning. Before delving into the study, we need to have a vivid knowledge about the organic substances of acids, bases and salts and as well as their respective properties. Both in the world of microscopic and macroscopic the necessity of acids, bases and salts are indelible. The elements that have characteristics of acids, bases and salts cater to an innumerable number of reactions that are happening each day. Moreover, it needs to be noted that human life consists of several acids and bases and these acids and bases help in maintaining a proper balance. The balance in the pH level is crucial as it helps in maintaining a healthy system within an individual and the healthy ratio for pH is 70:30 determining the alkaline to acid.

Application of acids and bases in our daily lives
Several incidents are acknowledged for the application of bases and acids to our lives. First and foremost, the product we use that has bases in it is toothpaste, which has “Sodium Fluoride (NaF)” in it. Sulphuric acids are used in car batteries, in cleaning products. Furthermore, in agricultural notions also the uses of Sulphuric acids are quite evident. Tartaric acids are used as a flavouring agent and also as food preservatives. “Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH)” is used in products that are associated with bathing products. In addition to these, “Magnesium hydroxide” is used in the neutralizing of gastric acids and is also used as a deodorant antiperspirant.
How do acids and bases affect our daily lives?
Coming to this far in the study, it is evidenced that the incorporation of acids, bases and salts provide enough significance and rate a huge impact on human beings. This helps in providing a determinant in the entire digestive system. Moreover, the medicinal functions depend on the inorganic and organic compounds. In cleaning products that we use helps in protecting us from the deadly diseases. In addition to these, the pH balance is maintained with the help of these chemical elements.
